From CNN.
Sen. John Cornyn and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton are heading to a May 26 runoff for the Republican nomination for US Senate. In Dallas County, part of which Crockett represents in Congress, poll sites for the Democratic primary remained open until 10 p.m. ET after hundreds of voters reported being turned away. The Texas Supreme Court issued a stay preventing Dallas County from counting ballots from anyone who got in line after 8 p.m. ET, when polls normally close. Those votes are being separated for now, according to a local elections official.
