After the U.S. Supreme Court ruled U.S. President Donald Trump’s IEEPA tariffs were illegal last week, tens of billions of dollars in refunds were suddenly on the table. But the ruling doesn’t spell out a clear path for getting those refunds — and they’re yet to be confirmed by the White House. Flexport, an American AI-powered logistics company, launched a tariff refund calculator to estimate companies’ potential refunds. Their CEO Ryan Petersen joins Power & Politics to discuss why his company built the tool.
