Uganda’s Information Minister Chris Baryomunsi condemned a military raid on opposition leader Bobi Wine’s home last month, saying the government is not hunting him. Wine’s National Unity Platform Party questioned this, saying the army chief is on record ordering soldiers to bring Wine in.
