Congress has left Washington for the holidays without reaching a deal on Obamacare subsidies, but four House Republicans joined Democrats in forcing a vote to extend them in January. Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-PA), ranking member of the House Budget Committee, joins The Weekend: Primetime to discuss the battle over healthcare, as well as the disconnect between Republicans’ refusal to extend the subsidies and what the majority of Americans want. Boyle says he believes the House will have enough votes to pass the extensions, but it’s an "uphill battle" in the Senate.
