Clean-up operations are underway on Hailing island, in southern China, where Super Typhoon Ragasa made landfall on Wednesday. The powerful storm crashed through Guangdong Province, packing winds of up to 145 kilometres per hour, and ripping down trees, destroying fences, and blasting signs off buildings.
