The U.S. agriculture industry is throwing its full support behind the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Trade Agreement (CUSMA) ahead of a mandatory review.

U.S. President Donald Trump regularly dismisses the deal and there are growing concerns he could rip it up entirely.

Doing so would be a severe blow to economies on both sides of the Canada-U.S. border. It’s prompted America’s agriculture industry to launch a major campaign aimed at persuading him of the benefits to his base in rural America.
