In Minneapolis, duelling rallies fuelled heated clashes as tension builds following the killing of Renee Good by an ICE officer earlier this month. Right-wing protesters confronted anti-ICE demonstrators outside City Hall this afternoon.

A U.S. judge is restricting crowd control tactics used by ICE against demonstrators.
