A Russian-flagged oil tanker seized by the US is seen at sea in northern Scotland, after it was boarded in the North Atlantic on January 7 by American forces who had pursued the vessel from off the coast of Venezuela. A UK government spokesman, quoted in media reports, said the tanker had entered UK waters to replenish supplies, including food and water for crew.
