Shares in Mumbai soar after US President Donald Trump announced a trade deal with India and pledges to cut tariffs on goods from the country. The Nifty stock index rallied 4.86 percent to 26,200 points on news of the agreement, which Trump said came after Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised to stop buying Russian oil over the war in Ukraine.
