After four years of war, the fighting in Ukraine could be coming to an end. That’s the message from many leaders in Paris today at a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.
 
The 35-country group, which includes Canada, says they’ve reached an agreement on how to provide security guarantees Ukraine after a ceasefire has been reached.
