A man dressed as DC comics hero Batman disrupted a Santa Clara, California city council meeting Jan. 27 with an angry speech demanding the city cut all ties with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

He accused council members of cowardice and inaction, singling out one councillor for praise before storming away from the lectern.
