What to know about ACA subsidies as deadline looms

With the clock ticking, lawmakers have not come to an agreement on whether to extend enhanced subsidies under the Affordable Care Act. Those subsidies are slated to expire at the end of the year.

Without action from Congress, millions of Americans are expected to face a spike in their health care premiums.
