Stopping destructive flooding isn’t easy on either side of the Canada-U.S. border. The cross border communities of Abbotsford, B.C., and Sumas, Wash., have been hit with two major floods within four years. CBC’s Abbotsford reporter Baneet Braich travelled south of the border to find out more about the flood risk and how finding a solution is not a simple matter.
