Minneapolis city coun. Aurin Chowdhury says she saw immigration agents use chemical irritants while taking enforcement actions at a public high school on Wednesday. Earlier that afternoon, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot and killed a woman in a vehicle. Chowdhury says agents aren’t making the city safer.
