Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy sought progress on EU membership talks and tougher sanctions on Moscow. Speaking in Cyprus, he said that no additional demands should be placed on Ukraine in peace talks and called on Kyiv’s allies to step up pressure on Russia, in particular via sanctions.
