Three companies are facing charges in connection with the Thorncliffe Park condo fire which burned for weeks.
Investigators says the flames were sparked during ongoing construction, when ignition sources were used near combustible materials.
PFC Construction Inc. is now being charged with multiple violations of the fire code, including failure to protect combustible materials from ignition sources.
Two property companies were also charged with failing to implement the building’s fire safety plan.
