On Thursday, EU leaders slammed Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban for his blockade of a vital 90 billion euro EU loan to Ukraine to keep up its fight against Russia’s invasion.
The EU "will deliver one way or the other," the promised 90 billion euro loan to Ukraine, despite Hungary’s ongoing resistance, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz called Orban’s plans an "act of gross disloyalty".
Plus, French President Emmanuel Macron said, "We must first implement the loan of 90 billion euros that was decided last December."
