Dr. Gerhardt Konig is accused of trying to murder his wife Arielle on a hiking trail in Hawaii, then beating her with a rock and trying to inject her with a syringe when she fought back. Konig’s wife survived but had severe facial injuries. She is expected to testify next week that the doctor attacked her when she refused to pose for a selfie on the cliff edge. Dr. Konig is claiming his wife was having an affair with a co-worker and attacked him.
