A shooter killed two children after opening fire on students celebrating mass during the beginning of their school day at a Catholic church in Minneapolis, police said. Vincent Francoual’s daughter was at the school on Wednesday. He told Hanomansing Tonight she has gone from loving her school to not wanting to go back.
