Three children among 14 dead in Russian attack on Ukrainian capital Kyiv | BBC News

From BBC News.

Three children are among at least 14 people killed in Russian strikes on Ukraine’s capital Kyiv, officials have said.

Tymur Tkachenko, the head of Kyiv’s military administration, said the children were aged two, 14 and 17.

Dozens more are injured, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky, who accuses Moscow of choosing "ballistics instead of the negotiating table".

Meanwhile, Russia’s ministry of defence says it intercepted 102 Ukrainian drones overnight.
