The southern Ukrainian city of Enerhodar was once a thriving hub that provided electricity across the country.

Now, Reuters found the majority of its original inhabitants have fled and their homes are being repossessed, with Russians settling in. Ukrainian children are indoctrinated to be loyal to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian state energy giant Rosatom.
