French President Emmanuel Macron says "we are in a confrontation with Russia," on the sidelines of a summit of European Union leaders in Copenhagen, the Danish capital. In recent days, Denmark — which holds the EU’s rotating presidency — has been rattled by unidentified drone flights that have shut down airports and encroached on military sites. Russia, Macron says, "is provoking incidents in airspace."
