A satirical statue depicting US President Donald Trump and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein holding hands has been reinstalled on the National Mall in Washington, a few steps from the Capitol.
This work, titled ‘Best Friends Forever’, was first installed on the Mall on 24 September, before being dismantled by the National Park Service for administrative reasons less than 24 hours later.
A group of anonymous artists called ‘Secret Handshake’ reinstalled the statue, which stands over three metres tall, after obtaining, according to them, the approval of the National Park Service.
