Night vision video captured the moment hot air balloons carrying large boxes of smuggled cigarettes flew into Lithuania’s airspace. According to Lithuanian border officials, Belarusian smugglers have been sending balloons with contraband into the country for years, but 18,000 packs of cigarettes were confiscated over the weekend.
