In a bilateral meeting on Tuesday between Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney and U.S. President Donald Trump, the president said Carney was a "great prime minister," but could be "nasty" too. In response to a question, Trump joked that the U.S. and Canada did not have a trade deal yet because he wanted to be as "great" as Carney.
