Former FBI Director James Comey pleaded not guilty to federal charges this morning at his arraignment in Virginia. He was charged with lying to Congress and obstructing a Congressional proceeding. MSNBC Justice and Intelligence Correspondent Ken Dilanian reports from outside the courthouse. Retired New York Supreme Court Judge Jill Konviser, former FBI Senior Official Christopher O’Leary, and former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Rebecca Roiphe join Ana Cabrera to discuss the case.
