The FAA says a cargo plane crossed a runway at LAX as an American Airways flight traveling to Boston was preparing for takeoff. Video shows the plane hitting the brakes and coming to a stop. Meanwhile, a small plane with two men on board was forced to make an emergency landing in San Diego during evening rush hour. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
