Tips for success:
1. Use parchment paper, not wax paper. To avoid the cookies sticking too much to the parchment paper, lightly brush oil over the parchment paper, and add the frozen blueberries after you spoon batter onto the baking sheet.
2. Use glutinous rice flour, not regular rice flour. Regular rice flour will not work.
3. Add a little red miso to the batter to add flavor and temper the sweetness. If you love sweeter cookies, add an extra 1/4 cup of sugar to the batter.
4. If the cookie batter is too runny, add more glutinous rice flour, about a tablespoon more at a time, until the batter is the consistency of mashed potatoes.
