This experimental chicken Salisbury steak is basically our award-winning, classic Salisbury steak recipe, made with chicken instead of beef, and the results were incredible. The tender, moist chicken patties and easy-to-make mushroom pan sauce are delicious on their own, but for the full effect, you’ll want to enjoy this over a big pile of mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
