Disney’s once abandoned River Country water park has been in a state of limbo for decades now. Ever since it closed in the early 2000’s, the park has been left abandoned. That was until Disney announced a new resort to occupy the land, however that too had been left abandoned. Finally, there is work being done. So let’s take an updated, 2025 look at what the property looks like today and what the future holds for this infamous place.
