An ICE agent has reportedly been placed on administrative leave after video showed him push a woman to the ground during a confrontation. It happened in New York City outside of an immigration courtroom. Reports say the woman is the wife of a man from Nicaragua who showed up to court, only to be taken into custody by ICE agents.
