In Texas, more than three decades into an infamous cold case, officials say Robert Eugene Brashers is responsible for the murders of four young girls who were shot in a yogurt shop in 1991. Brashers died by suicide in a standoff with police in 1999. Some families are finding solace after decades of despair. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports from Austin.
