Richard Allen was sentenced 130 years for the murder of two little girls, Libby German and Abby Williams, in Delphi, Indiana. Allen’s wife Kathy is speaking out in a new documentary, "Capturing Their Killer: The Girls on the High Bridge," streaming on Hulu starting Tuesday. She insists her husband has been wrongfully convicted. The 5-year-long hunt for the killer focused on an image captured by German on her cell phone.
