U.S. President Donald Trump said he was “very active” over the weekend as he responded to a reporter’s question about some reports about his health declining and that he had died over the weekend.

“It’s fake news,” Trump said flatly, denying reports speculating about his health.

“I knew they were saying ‘Is he okay? How’s he feeling? What’s wrong?’” Trump said adding “I heard that but not to that extent.”
