Woman Adopts Adorable Kitten Found on New York City Subway

From Inside Edition.

A 6-week-old calico kitten walked onto a New York City subway car. The stray delighted crowds as she pranced her way around the train car. When no one claimed the cat, kind-hearted Betsaida Mercado, who was headed to work, took matters into her own hands. Mercado took the cat to her home before quickly deciding to adopt her. After a trip to the vet, the kitten is now settled in and is named Emmie, a riff of MTA, as in Metropolitan Transportation Authority, which operates the NYC subway system.
