Ukrainian officials say Russian missile attacks killed at least 13 civilians and wounded dozens more in the southern city of Zaporizhzhia. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the daytime attacks cruel. He’s urging Ukraine’s allies to step up the pressure on Russia. This week Zelenskyy is due to meet key allies, including US officials, to drum up support for the last time before Donald Trump takes the White House.
