Detectives in Maryland say they solved a 50-year-old homicide after going back through the case’s files and confronting a suspect. The Howard County Police Department says Roseann Sturtz, 20, was strangled in August 1975. In 1981, a man named Charles William Davis Jr. was interrogated about the crime.
