Two teens are under arrest in Texas for allegedly plotting a mass casualty attack at a school. The FBI’s Houston office says it received information on a threat the previous day and worked with the local police department to identify the suspects. Reports say the two arrested were girls, aged 15 and 16. Their plan allegedly included shooting students and placing pipe bombs at Memorial High School.
