21-Year-Old Pilot Makes Emergency Landing on Iconic Golf Course

From Inside Edition.

A small plane made an emergency landing on one of the nation’s most iconic golf courses. The plane landed at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles. The pilot is just 21-year-old. Tyler Evans, who spoke with Inside Edition’s Jim Moret, only had his pilot’s license for six months. Evans says he tried to restart his engine, but when that failed, he made a mayday call to the airport and started looking for places to land. The first person he called after the incident was his mother.
