An Arizona tattoo artist is sparking online debate after sharing photos of their work on a nine-year-old girl, who got a tattoo of an American flag. The artist revealed he tried to discourage the family with a $500 price tag, but they went through with it anyway. Speaking to NBC News’ Yasmin Vossoughian, the artist stated that while the tattoo wasn’t illegal, it’s something he would "prefer not to do."
