Punxsutawney Phil emerged from his den for a Groundhog Day celebration in front of a big crowd in Gobbler’s Knob in Pennsylvania and saw his shadow, signaling six more weeks of winter. However, Phil’s prediction has been accurate just 35% of the time, NOAA says.
