The mother of a toddler and her boyfriend are facing child neglect charges after her little one was spotted alone in a car. The mom, Kristina Vitucci, says she was trying to get her boyfriend to leave but cops say the child was alone for as long as two hours. However, Vitucci claims she and her boyfriend had checked on the toddler several times. Vitucci and her boyfriend Joshua Harris have pleaded not guilty to child neglect.
