All across America, people are struggling with the worst flu season in years. The CDC says there have been 20 million flu cases so far this winter with 250,000 hospitalizations and 11,000 deaths. Mike Cameron won a free Caribbean cruise. However, his dream vacation became a nightmare when he came down with the flu and was handed a bill of $47,000 for spending three days in the ship’s sick bay. Norwegian Cruise Line says the charge is "fair and reasonable."
