Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Ferguson was charged with murdering his wife Sheryl at their home in Anaheim Hills, California. When the judge took the stand at his trial, he testified that he took a pistol out of his ankle holster and intended to put it safely on the coffee table. That’s when Ferguson says he got a sudden pain in his arm. He says he fumbled and the gun fired by accident. Now, he’s speaking to Inside Edition’s Jim Moret after a jury was deadlocked over his fate.
