After discovering a dangerous trend of near misses, the NTSB is recommending a ban on certain helicopter flights near Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C. The urgent safety action comes in response to the deadly midair crash between a military chopper and a passenger plane over the Potomac River on Jan. 29. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
