In the majority Black village of Lincoln Heights, civilians have formed an armed patrol group to protect their neighborhood after neo-Nazis carrying rifles and shouting racial slurs held a rally there last month. Ohio residents say police didn’t do enough and that the community didn’t feel safe. An investigation by county prosecutors is ongoing. NBC News’ Morgan Radford reports.
