A 17-year-old boy has reportedly died after being shot by police in Idaho. Video of the incident was captured by a witness. Reports say Victor Perez was taken off life support after he was declared brain dead. Witnesses say he appeared intoxicated and had a knife when he was approached by police, who shot him nine times in his grandfather’s backyard. His aunt told CBS News the teen had autism, cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
