For the second time in roughly a month, U.S. President Donald Trump’s defense secretary is facing scrutiny for use of an encrypted chat app to discuss matters related to national security.

The latest allegations come amid a shakeup inside the Pentagon with several senior level departures and calls for Pete Hegseth to be fired.
