Mitchell O’Brien was walking on a beach on Lake Michigan, looking for rocks with his good friend Bre. Next thing he knew, he was sinking. Mitchell was stuck in quicksand and called 911. Bre also called 911. They referred to each other as girlfriend and boyfriend while on the phone with the operator. It was the first time they ever used those terms. Who knew falling in quicksand could also lead to falling in love.
