This lobster roll khachapuri is a mash-up of two of my all-time favorite things to eat – buttery New England lobster rolls and golden-baked Georgian cheese-stuffed flatbread – and the results are stunning. If possible, start these the day before you plan to bake them, since the homemade dough really benefits from an overnight fermentation. Enjoy!
